Video: Evelyn Gameplay, the new stripping heroine from Zenless Zone Zero

Zenless Zone Zero welcomes a fiery new heroine: Evelyn Chevalier! Even before her official release, Evelyn captured the hearts of players with a unique battle quirk – she dramatically sheds her cape during combat, using it as a weapon against her foes.

This S-rank fire-elemental Assault character joins Nicole, Anton, and Qingyi in Zenless Zone Zero's 1.5 update's second banner.

The 1.5 update also brings the customary miHoYo (HoYoverse) Polychrome compensation. Players will receive 300 Polychromes for bug fixes and another 300 for technical improvements related to the update, delivered directly to their in-game mail.

Evelyn's gameplay revolves around focused attacks. Her basic attacks draw enemies in, setting up extended attack chains. Multi-stage and special attacks activate "Forbidden Bounds," tethering her to the primary target. These attacks generate Tribal Threads and Scorch Points, fueling her powerful fire-based abilities, inflicting significant damage. Her cape-tossing combat flourish adds a visually striking element to her already captivating fighting style. Many players, familiar with pre-release leaks, are already eagerly anticipating her arrival.
