To access your personal base, navigate the waypoint menu and select the Fleur-de-lis symbol on the right side of your screen. Alternatively, you can use a more direct approach by typing the command /hideout in the game chat.
What Types of Hideouts Exist?
Once you unlock your first Hideout, you'll start with a single type of personal base. To access more varieties, you'll need to continue exploring the Atlas of Worlds, searching for maps that contain new Hideouts. Eventually, you'll have the opportunity to choose from four distinct styles:
- Felled
- Limestone
- Shrine
- Canal
To switch to a new type, speak with the NPC Alva and select the appropriate option from the menu.
Hideout Customization
In PoE2, your Hideout is your canvas for creativity. You have the freedom to arrange objects and NPCs, rotate and move items, add new decorations, and even replace existing ones. There's also the option to import designs from other players or export your own to share with friends.

Don't overlook the practical aspects of your Hideout's layout. Position key NPCs like Doryani for item identification, Ketzuli for disenchanting items, and Alva for currency exchange near the entrance for convenience. Setting up Stashes and a Waypoint is also crucial. While optimizing for efficiency and time-saving, remember to balance aesthetics, as other players might visit your Hideout.
