World of Tanks Blitz is undergoing a significant transformation! This isn't a temporary cosmetic update or collaboration; the entire game is being rebuilt using Unreal Engine 5!

The initial Ultra test, commencing January 24th, will showcase the revamped visuals and gameplay. Expect overhauled commanders, maps, and drastically improved graphics that will make the five-year-old game look brand new. Don't worry if you miss the first test; multiple testing phases are planned over the coming weeks.

The "Reforged" update promises enhanced physics and other technical improvements, bringing the mobile version closer to its PC counterpart. Sign up for exclusive early access via the official website!

Gameplay Considerations:

The UE5 upgrade presents a double-edged sword. While graphical fidelity will undoubtedly improve, there's a potential performance impact on lower-end devices. However, considering the game's cross-platform nature, developers likely prioritized optimization for a wide range of hardware. Whether the visual enhancements outweigh any performance trade-offs remains to be seen.
