Sword Art Online Variant Showdown Re-released after More than a Year of Maintenance!

Sword Art Online Variant Showdown is back! After a prolonged maintenance period, Bandai Namco's action RPG has been relaunched. Initially slated for a summer 2024 return, the game's revival took longer than expected due to significant backend issues requiring extensive developer attention.

What's New in SAOVS?

The relaunch features Battle Royal Season 1, a four-player knockout competition running until December 30th. Players can compete in League Matches to earn titles and accessories.

Returning players are rewarded with 5 Sword Spark Mito Pickup Scout Tickets as part of a special campaign.

A "Restart Celebration" event offers up to 100 free Scouts, login bonuses, and mission rewards until January 30th, 2025.

Limited-time opportunities exist to obtain the SSR Sword Spark Mito (Light-elemental fighter), and the new SSR Ability Cards "Destroyer of Destiny" and "Seasoned Comrades," available until January 6th, 2025.
