Stalker 2: How To Get SEVA-V Suit Armor

Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl's SEVA-V Armor: A Free Early-Game Powerhouse

Stalker 2 offers a variety of armor suits to enhance survivability within The Zone's hazardous environment. The SEVA-V suit, a top-tier member of the SEVA series, stands out as a valuable, and importantly, free, early-game acquisition. Its high PSI protection makes it a highly sought-after piece of equipment. This guide details how to obtain it.

Locating the SEVA-V Suit

The SEVA-V suit is located at the "Scientist Helicopter" point of interest (POI) in Stalker 2's Rostok region. This POI is southwest of the Rostok base, in a large field marked by a crashed helicopter amidst an Electro anomaly and a large, rusted crane. Reaching the suit requires some climbing.

Accessing the Crane and Retrieving the Armor

Upon reaching the Scientist Helicopter POI, you'll see the crashed helicopter within the Electro anomaly (to the right) and a ladder leading up the rusted crane (to the left). Before ascending, use an artifact detector to locate and acquire an Electro-type artifact from the anomaly—this will prove useful later.

Climb the crane's ladder. Once at the top, proceed right across the crane to the operator's cabin (on the left). Carefully jump the gap and enter the cabin. Inside, you'll find a bag containing valuable supplies and, most importantly, the SEVA-V armor suit. Retrace your steps to descend the crane.

SEVA-V Suit Stats and Upgrading

The SEVA-V suit boasts high radiation protection and respectable PSI protection. It can be upgraded by Screw, the technician at the Rostok base, allowing for the insertion of up to four artifacts. If you already possess superior armor, selling the SEVA-V suit can yield a substantial amount of in-game currency.
