Sims 4 Burglary Returns
Ten years of peaceful suburban life for your Sims is over! Burglars are back in The Sims 4, ready to wreak havoc on unsuspecting homes.
In a recent blog post, the developers announced the return of this long-awaited (by some) update.
Just like in previous games, installing a trusty alarm system is your first line of defense. Trigger the alarm, and the police will swiftly arrive to apprehend the culprit. For those Sims with a knack for tinkering, upgrading the alarm system reduces malfunctions and ensures automatic police dispatch. If you're caught off guard without an alarm, you can always try calling the police yourself – hoping for a timely response. Or, if you're feeling adventurous, you could attempt to befriend the burglar.
For those with more… unconventional methods, there are other options. Unleash your loyal canine companion, summon the power of spellcasters, vampires, or werewolves (if you own the relevant packs), or even freeze the burglar solid with a special ray gun. These creative solutions, however, require the purchase of specific expansion packs.
The good news? The burglars update itself is available now, completely free!
