Reverse: 1999 Celebrates Its First Anniversary With Version 1.9 Update ‘Vereinsamt’

Bluepoch Games' time-travel RPG, Reverse: 1999, is celebrating its first anniversary with a massive update, Version 1.9, titled "Vereinsamt" (Lonely in German). This update offers a wealth of new content for players to enjoy.

A Free 6-Star Character and More

Log in during the anniversary event to receive Semmelweis, a free 6-star character, and 30 free pulls! Also joining the roster is Lucy, a 6-star DPS character—a robot-like Awakened arcanist inspired by Metropolis, connected to a Watt steam engine prototype, and driven by scientific advancement. Lucy is available via the limited-time "Thoughts in Cylinder" banner.

Returning favorites include the 5-star character Matilda and Kakania (first seen in Version 1.7), summonable in the "Observation into the Mirrors" banner starting October 10th.

The update introduces "A Series of Dusks," a new rogue-like mode offering rewards including the new 5-star character, Lorelei.

Exciting collaborations are also underway! Discovery is providing new outfits for Tooth Fairy and Getian, while a collaboration with KOI begins in October, featuring limited-edition merchandise.

Version 1.9 also marks the arrival of the game's first unique garment: Regulus's "Take Off! To the Future" outfit, complete with new Ultimates and additional features. Several other characters, including Jessica, Voyager, and Sonetto, will also receive new clothing options.
