Power Slap sees Rollic taking on the concussion-inducing sport with WWE personalities
Rollic's Power Slap mobile game arrives on iOS and Android, featuring WWE superstars!
Rollic's Power Slap, a mobile game based on the controversial "sport" of competitive slapping, is now available on iOS and Android. The game features a roster of WWE superstars, adding a familiar element to the unusual gameplay.
For the uninitiated, Power Slap involves contestants slapping each other until one loses consciousness. While the real-life version is undeniably controversial, the game offers a virtualized, arguably safer, experience.
The game's inclusion of WWE stars like Rey Mysterio, Braun Strowman, Omos, and Seth "Freaking" Rollins is likely due to the recent merger of WWE and UFC under TKO Holdings, with UFC president Dana White owning Power Slap.
More Than Just Slaps
The full release of Power Slap includes additional game modes like PlinK.O, Slap’n Roll, and Daily Tournaments, offering players diverse gameplay beyond the core slapping mechanic. Rollic aims to make this unique mobile game a success, but whether the addition of WWE superstars will be enough to attract a broad audience remains to be seen.
