Where to Find Lord Semine’s Sword in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 (KCD2)

Finding Lord Semine’s Sword

Radovan reveals the sword you crafted—intended as a gift from Lord Semine—is missing. He saw a suspicious man in yellow earlier. Your search begins with finding someone in yellow attire.

Questioning those in yellow yields little, but someone mentions seeing a yellow-clad individual heading upstairs in the stable. Investigating the stable's upper level reveals Hans, romantically involved with a woman.

Hans, though wearing yellow, isn't the culprit. However, he witnessed Svatya (the bailiff's son and the bride's brother) stealing the sword. He didn't follow Svatya, so you must find him.

Confronting Svatya

Svatya is easily located near the musicians playing for the wedding guests. He's drinking by the stable wall, and the sword is clearly visible.

Svatya confesses to stealing the sword to embarrass Old Semine, believing him to be senile. He regrets his actions and reveals he tossed the sword into a nearby pond.

Retrieving the Sword

The pond is accessible either via the path Myshka (if you danced with her) took you to, or by going to Radovan's location; the pond is directly behind him. The sword is visible in the water. Retrieve it.

Return the sword to Radovan. You can choose to reveal Svatya's actions or simply focus on the sword's recovery. Once the sword is returned, the wedding ceremony begins. Complete any pre-wedding tasks, congratulate the happy couple, and proceed to the next main quest.
