Go Lick The World Might Be the First Ever Current Affairs Clicker

by Oliver Jan 17,2025

It's a tough job keeping politicians from saying foolish things. Take, for instance, President Biden's invitation for Irish dignitaries to "go lick the world"—a gaffe that left White House staff worldwide reeling.

This inspired the creation of Go Lick The World, a satirical casual game from Pixel Play LLC. It cleverly blends the absurdity of current events with the addictive nature of clicker games.

The objective? Lick the world (virtually, of course!). Tap the rotating 3D globe—ocean or land—to score points and climb the leaderboard.

Boost your score by tapping LickLink satellites (a playful nod to Starlink), F-35 jets, red electric cars, and even Lick Force One (the President's plane). Earthly targets include the White House, Antarctica, the pyramids, and a less-than-pristine San Francisco.

The game's visuals are constantly evolving, featuring quirky items like ice cream, space lasers, and daily specials: Impeach-Mints on Mondays, tacos on Tuesdays, Swifties on Saturdays, and pizza slices for Pizzagate enthusiasts.

Unlockable Earth skins and accessories add to the fun, including a "clown world" face, various hats (trucker hats, Uncle Sam, a Texas cowboy hat with a censored border sign), solar eclipse glasses, and more. These are earned by watching rewarded ads. A recent "Great Debate Update" even introduced a famous hairstyle.

Go Lick The World is free to download, but offers in-app purchases to remove ads, enable auto-clicking (meet LickGPT!), and acquire a blue profile tick.

Download Go Lick The World now on the App Store and Google Play Store.

UPDATE: The Great Debate Update includes trucker hats representing both sides of the political spectrum, plus Trump's iconic hair.
