Past Successes and Future Projects:

PlayStation Productions, established in 2019, has already seen success with adaptations like Uncharted (2022) and Gran Turismo (2023), both box office hits. The Twisted Metal series (Peacock, 2023) also completed its second season in late 2024, although a release date is pending.

Uncharted and Gran Turismo Film Success

Future projects in the works include film adaptations of Days Gone and a sequel to the Uncharted movie, as well as a God of War TV series.

The continued success and expansion of PlayStation Productions suggest that more popular PlayStation franchises will likely see adaptation into film and television in the years to come.
