Game of Thrones MMO Announces Beta Test Launch
Game of Thrones: Kingsroad is launching a closed beta on Android and PC, starting January 15th! Netmarble's new action-adventure title lets you explore Westeros as a member of House Tyre.
Netmarble's Game of Thrones: Kingsroad, based on George R.R. Martin's books and the HBO series, is holding a closed beta test from January 15th to the 22nd in the US, Canada, and select European regions. Android sign-ups are now open!
Unlike previous Game of Thrones mobile games, Kingsroad offers a third-person action-adventure experience. Players become the heir to House Tyre, embarking on a journey across Westeros, battling enemies, and building prestige. The gameplay appears similar to The Witcher series. Three distinct classes—Sellsword, Knight, and Assassin—allow for varied character builds.
Don't miss out! The closed beta registration closes January 12th. While visually impressive, Kingsroad will undoubtedly face close scrutiny from the dedicated Game of Thrones fanbase. Monetization and long-term support will be key factors in its success. Netmarble has the potential to deliver the immersive Game of Thrones experience fans have desired.
