Disney Speedstorm Season 12: Tron Returns

Disney Speedstorm is revving up for its 12th season, and this time, it's going full throttle into the neon-drenched world of Tron: Legacy! Get ready to race as Quorra, Sam Flynn, Rinzler, and more, all debuting as playable characters.

It's hard to believe that Disney, the house of Mickey Mouse, also gave us one of cinema's first forays into extensive digital effects with the original Tron in 1982. For fans of the sequel, Tron: Legacy, the new Disney Speedstorm season is a must-see!

Launching March 6th, Season 12, "On the Grid," brings a wave of new content. Sam Flynn, Quorra, Rinzler (Tron), and Zuse (the memorable club character) join the race, each wielding unique neon weaponry, including the iconic identity discs. While they may not be riding lightcycles (a surprising omission!), they'll be tearing up the track in stylish karts.

But that's not all! New Crew Members—Kevin Flynn, ISO, Jarvis, and others—are also joining the fray, alongside a brand-new track. The absence of lightcycles is notable, but the new characters' distinctive weaponry and ultimate abilities more than compensate.
