Dead Island 2 New Update Brings New Game Plus, New Zombies and New Horde Mode

Dead Island 2's Patch 6 introduces thrilling new game modes and content! This update delivers a significant boost to replayability and challenge.

New Game Plus (NG+) and Enhanced Zombie Combat:

NG+ lets you restart Dead Island 2 at a higher difficulty, retaining your character's progress, inventory, and skills. Expect three extra skill slots, a raised level cap, new weapons and skins, and formidable new enemies: the Revenants. These powerful Apex zombie variants present a significantly increased challenge, making NG+ a true test of skill. All weapons in NG+ are more potent than their base-game counterparts, with a greater number of fixed-rarity weapons to discover.

Neighbourhood Watch Horde Mode:

The new Neighbourhood Watch horde mode blends tower defense and horde elements. Players defend their base over five in-game days, eliminating waves of zombies and completing objectives to earn valuable gear.
