Levelling Up: All champions in DC: Dark Legion, regardless of their rarity, can be leveled up to boost their base stats such as Attack, Defense, and Health. You can level up your champions by engaging them in battles, where they earn experience points. Alternatively, you can use EXP potions of different rarities for a quicker level boost. Levelling up not only enhances your champion's power but also increases your overall account's Combat Power (CP).

Upgrading Star Count: Each champion in DC: Dark Legion™ comes with a base star count that determines their rarity. For instance, legendary champions start at 5-stars. To increase this star count, you'll need to use shards of the same champion, which often means obtaining duplicate copies—a process that can be costly and luck-dependent. While this method is not ideal for free-to-play newcomers due to its expense, it's a powerful way to unlock new abilities and further enhance your hero's stats.

Gearing Up: Beyond leveling, equipping your heroes with strong gear can significantly boost their performance. Initially, you can acquire gear by clearing hideouts.
