⚫︎ In anticipation of Borderlands 4's upcoming September release, Gearbox CEO Randy Pitchford has shared a SHiFT Code for all existing Borderlands games, offering players 3 Golden or Skeleton Keys each. The SHiFT Code, valid until March 27, 2025, can be used across each Borderlands game individually, totaling 15 keys for those who own the entire series.

⚫︎ After months of anticipation, Gearbox Software has finally unveiled the release date for Borderlands 4: September 23, 2025. This was announced through an official release date trailer on the game's YouTube channel, showcasing snippets of gameplay, new vault hunter abilities, weapons, and the classic Psycho enemies.

⚫︎ Following a vague title reveal in August 2024, Borderlands 4 received a massive content reveal with the launch of its Official First Look Trailer. This trailer introduced new Vault Hunters, major antagonists, and the beloved Claptrap, all alongside gameplay footage.

⚫︎ Gearbox president Randy Pitchford hinted at an upcoming reveal of Borderlands 4 at The Game Awards, promising "plenty of in-game footage." He also teased a cinematic sequence intended to bridge the narrative gap between Borderlands 3 and 4.
