Trials of Tav - Reloaded, a substantial update by modder Celerev, transforms the Trials of Tav mod by adding a challenging roguelike mode. This update significantly increases the difficulty of the adventure.

This enhanced version boasts new enemies, revised game balance, and a formidable level 27 superboss designed to challenge even veteran players. Conquering this monstrous foe signifies a true completion of the challenge.

The modifications extend beyond a single boss encounter; over 60 enemies from the original game, including rare adversaries such as Nine-Fingers Keene and Killer Sheep, have been integrated. Gameplay mechanics have also been refined, with improvements to trading balance and adjustments to the difficulty scaling to prevent insurmountable obstacles arising from new enemy abilities.

Mod creator Celerev acknowledges the invaluable contributions of Hippo0o, the original mod's author, highlighting the latter's role in creating an adaptable and expandable game mode. For players preferring the original experience, the classic Trials of Tav remains available.

Players seeking a rigorous test of their skills, or those anticipating Patch 8 with its promised crossplay and other enhancements, will find Trials of Tav - Reloaded a worthy endeavor.
